PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive optical waveguide material having high mass productivity by being cured with a small irradiation quantity of an active energy ray, to provide a method of manufacturing an optical waveguide using the waveguide material, and also to provide an optical waveguide obtained by the method of manufacturing.
