PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental optical diagnostic apparatus which is non-invasive and has high resolution by solving a problem wherein a conventional dental diagnostic apparatus and a system are constructed by including an X-ray image, a visual observation image, a probe, palpation, fluorescence measurement, insertion measurement of a pocket probe, a root canal measuring instrument, a Doppler rheometer, etc., however diagnosis by the above is invasive and unclear, while a three-dimensional X-ray CT device is large-sized and complicated and OCT equipment acquires an optical tomographic image using reflected light in an ophthalmic field and measurement is easy because an object is soft tissue and the upper surface of the affected part is opened, whereas in a dental field, an object has complicated structure composed of a tooth being hard tissue or a gum part being soft tissue and the oral cavity is narrow, and therefore in the OCT equipment measuring reflected light, the shape and operability of a detection probe are important when used in the dental field. SOLUTION: The dental optical diagnostic apparatus is equipped with: a camera for visual observation guide light applied to a tooth part and visible light for a surface image; a low coherent light emitting means for diagnosis; and an OCT means for scanning the indicated region of a surface image by signal light and detecting the reflected light from the predetermined deep part in the region by the probe for the dental optical diagnostic equipment to acquire the surface image and an optical tomographic image.
