PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to know the access history of a Web page in terminal equipment with no unique IP address. SOLUTION: When firstly accepting a request of a Web page from terminal equipment 1, a proxy server 10 generates the identification data of first terminal equipment 1. The link destination URL included in the Web page having responded to the request is changed by the proxy server 10, and the Web page in which the changed URL is embedded is displayed on the terminal equipment 1. When the Web page of the changed URL is requested by the proxy server 10, the changed URL is returned to the URL before change by the proxy server, and the Web page of the URL before change is requested to a Web server. Only the terminal equipment 1 of generated identification data knows the changed URL, and consequently it is possible to know the access history of the terminal equipment 1 by making the URL before change of the requested Web page correspond to the identification data and storing the URL.
