PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor which avoids the increase in processing load and the increase or variation in processing delay.

SOLUTION: The information processor includes: an HW operation part 120 which executes a preliminarily determined operation; an operation system determination part 102 which determines a synchronous system for executing processing after the end of operation in an operation circuit or an asynchronous system for executing processing without waiting for the end of operation of the operation circuit, as an execution system of the operation on the basis of an attribute or contents of data relating to processing which has requested the operation; and an operation control part 103 which controls operation in the operation circuit by the determined execution system.
