PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion element circuit which allows switching among serial connection and parallel connection of a plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements, and allows independent capability adjustment for the thermoelectric conversion elements in parallel connection. SOLUTION: In the thermoelectric conversion element circuit comprises a plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements 111 and 112 for heating or cooling a target part, and a controller 150 for controlling the plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements 111 and 112 to a conductive state, the controller 150 switches over a serial mode, in which a plurality of switching elements 141 and 142 are opened, at the same time, and the plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements 111 and 112 are connected in series by a connection wire 130 for subjecting it to serial operation; and an independent mode in which the plurality of switching elements 141 and 142 are separately opened/closed, so as to avoid conditions such as the plurality of switching elements 111 and 112 being all in the closed state, at the same time, so that the plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements 111 and 112 are connected in series in time division manner, and subjected to independent operation.
