<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor accuracy correcting program of an analog angle sensor used for AC servo motor control. <P>SOLUTION: This program for making a servo driver function: a procedure S3 of applying correction value updating processing to a correction value in a correction area in a correction table according to the comparing result of a command speed value with the speed value for correcting processing using the correction table on which a variable correction value to be used for correcting calculation is arranged in each of the correction areas provided by dividing the motor shaft rotation angle range to be used as a unit of correcting processing; a procedure S0 of applying the correcting calculation for a target speed value using the correction value after updating; and a procedure S4 of determining the execution state of the procedure in order to apply the procedure S3 about all correction areas of the correction table. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
