PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PC well structure construction method which hardly causes the generation of relative locational deviation between precast blocks circumferentially adjacent to each other, and enables the relatively quick execution of the work of connecting between connection members. SOLUTION: The PC well structure construction method is composed of: a first step in which a plurality of the arcuate precast blocks 10, 30 are annularly arranged; a second step in which the precast blocks are annularly arranged further on the annularly arranged precast blocks; a third step in which the precast blocks piled up by repeatedly carrying out the second step are axially connected to one another by prestressing bars 13; and a fourth step in which the precast blocks are circumferentially connected to one another. In the first and the second steps, the precast blocks are guided by a positioning means so as to be arranged at predetermined locations, and in the fourth step, tips of metal plate bodies 17 embedded beforehand in internal and external peripheral portions at both circumferential edges of each precast blocks are connected to one another by complete penetration groove welding, to thereby circumferentially connect the precast blocks to one another.
