MEASUREMENT SYSTEM USING SPECTRUM SPREAD

Provided is a positioning system which can perform synchronization time detection for accurate positioning by using a minimum hardware configuration and perform synchronization time detection with a small power consumption. More specifically, the positioning system includes: first detection means which transmits a spread code from a mobile station at a predetermined cycle and detects synchronization by rough synchronization from the signal received by a base station as a first detection; and second detection means which samples a signal received in a synchronization detection range decided according to the first detection and detects synchronization by micro synchronization as a second detection.
