A voltage measuring device of a vehicle fuel cell stack is provided to precisely measure a voltage in spite of the vibration of a vehicle body by stably keeping a contact state between separation plates and a connector and an insulation state of the separation plates. A rectangular terminal fixing element(20) has a connector mounting groove in a top surface and penetrated terminal fixing holes formed at the same interval with that of terminals(11) of separation plates(10) stacked uniformly. A connector(30) has a rectangular housing(31) to be inserted into the connector mounting groove and terminals(32) formed of elastic metal pieces disposed in pair and contacting the terminals of the separation plates. An ECU(40) is mounted on the connector and has terminal insertion holes(41) for inserting the terminals of the connector.
