PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave countermeasure wire which effectively shields the electromagnetic wave generated by a conductor and which is superior in corona resistance, and especially, can be used suitably in high frequency and high voltage, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The heat resistant oilproof insulation wire has a first layer 1 made of a fluororubber mixture covered on a circumference of a conductor 3, a second layer 2 made of a fluororesin covered on the outer circumference of the first layer 1, and the fluororesin of the second layer 2 is a copolymer of ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene. In the manufacturing method of the heat-resistant oilproof insulation wire, the second layer 2 made of the fluororesin is extrusion coated on the outer circumference of the first layer 1 with the fluororubber mixture in the state non-crosslinked. The fluororubber mixture of the first layer 1 and the fluororesin of the second layer 2 are cross-linked in a lot in the manufacturing method. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
