<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device of a display device capable of improving its display quality. <P>SOLUTION: The display device 1 is equipped with an envelope 1a having a rear face substrate 2 and a front face substrate 4 separately and oppositely arranged as peripheral walls, a plurality of electron emitting elements 5 which are installed on the inner face of the rear face substrate 2 and in which electrons are respectively emitted, a plurality of phosphor layers 8a which are installed on the inner face of the front face substrate 4 and respectively light-emitted by the emitted electrons, and an electrode layer 9 installed on the inner face of the front face substrate 4. In the manufacturing device 11 of the display device, a laser irradiation part 14 is equipped in which from the front face substrate 4 side toward the phosphor layer 8a of the display device 1 that light-emits uselessly, laser light to break the phosphor layer 8a and the electrode layer 9 is irradiated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
