PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray inspection device 11 removing surely a noise superimposed on each voltage supplied to an X-ray detection panel 12, and reducing noise generated in a lateral-striped shape on an image. SOLUTION: The X-ray detection panel 12 is connected to a panel control part through a gate control line 27, and the X-ray detection panel 12 is connected to a bias generation part through a bias voltage supply line 28. Each independent filter circuit part 29 is connected respectively to each line 27, 28 on positions near the X-ray detection panel 12. The noise superimposed on each voltage supplied to the X-ray detection panel 12 is removed surely by each filter circuit part 29, and the noise generated in the lateral-striped shape on the image is reduced.
