A system for screening sand and aggregate is provided to allow the hammer worn during the pulverizing process of construction waste materials to be exchanged simply. A system for screening sand and aggregate comprises a unit injecting the construction waste material into an input hopper; a unit transferring the injected one to a pulverizer; a unit pulverizing aggregate by using a pulverizer; screening sand and aggregate by size by using a vibrational screen; re-transferring the sand and aggregate more than the suitable size to the pulverizer; a unit transferring the small aggregate to a sieve; and a unit removing micropowder from the screened and aggregated.
