A manufacturing method of a green sheet constriction laminator and a laminating method and a plasma display panel using the same are provided to replace the sheet bobbin in which the green sheet is automatically rolled. A green sheet constriction laminator comprises a sheet bobbin(100), a table, an alignment unit, a servo motor, a replace unit(500), a cutting unit and a hot roll(800). The alignment unit is comprised of a support stand(320), a slide mechanism, and a first camera(360) and a controller. The slide mechanism comprises a rail, a slider frame, a chucking cylinder(345), a first lead screw and a feed motor. The replace unit comprises a bobbin shuttle(510), a bobbin lifer(520), a transfer body(540) and a transfer head(550). The sheet bobbin can be replaced by a second camera and the controller. |
