A dangerous article packing vinyl sack is provided not to be caught in order to prevent the folded load of an inside vinyl when operator puts content through an opening of the vinyl sack by ceiling-processing the interval with a constant interval in order to prevent inside vinyl from being flown between the outside vinyls. A vinyl sack(1) contains a composition department adhering and cutting both ends of the outside vinyl by covering an inside vinyl(2) of a tube type with an outside vinyl(3) of a sheet form, a sealing part(6) formed so that a plurality of space parts(7) are repeated and sealed along a longitudinal direction in order to prevent the inside vinyl from being flown. A sealing part of the sack vinyl sack ceiling-processes only one part of an upper side and a lower side.
