A reinforcing member of a rear cross member for a vehicle is provided to reduce vibration and noise by installing a first and a second reinforcing piece in an upper and a lower panel. A reinforcing member of a rear cross member for a vehicle comprises a front side rear cross member(110), a back side rear cross member(120), and a first and a second reinforcing piece. The front side and the back side rear cross members are integrally assembled and separated each other to cross two side members(130,140). The front side rear cross member has a bush mounting unit(112a), a lower panel, and an upper panel. The bush mounting unit is located at left and right side of the front side rear cross member. The lower panel is integrally installed by a fixing piece. The upper panel is integrally assembled at an upper part of the lower panel. The first and the second reinforcing pieces are located at an upper part of the two bush mountings respectively and integrally assembled in the upper and the lower panel.
