A photosensitive resin composition for forming the partition of a color filter, a partition of a color filter formed by using the composition, and a color filter are provided to improve surface ink-repelling property and to obtain satisfactory surface appearance and pattern shape. A photosensitive resin composition for forming the partition of a color filter comprise an alkali developing oligomer having an acidic group and at least two ethylenically unsaturated double bonds; an ink-repelling (meth)acrylic polymer having a C4-C6 main chain and having a unit whose 7 or more hydrogen atoms are substituted with a fluorine atom; a photopolymerization initiator; and a light shielding pigment comprising at least one selected from a black organic pigment, a mixed color organic pigment and a light shielding material.
