A TAB bonding apparatus of a display glass flat board using ultraviolet ray is provided to improve quality of bonding as the luminance of a lamp irradiated in a bonding part is uniform and adhesive hardening of the TAB bonding part is fixed. A TAB bonding apparatus of a display glass flat board using ultraviolet ray comprises a pressure tool(11), a bed(20), a support stand, one or more ultra-violet ray lamps, a vacuum absorption plate(300), a vacuum landing plate(200) and a observation camera(80). A pressure tool is equipped in the upper one side of a bonding machine main body(10). The pressure tool is connected to an operation bar(121) of an elevating cylinder(12) in which the upper side is fixed to the top one side of the bonding machine main body. The bed is installed at the lower part of the pressure tool work and the bed is fixed to the bonding machine main body. A supporting board is settled in a support stand fixing the transparent supporting board to fixture. The center of the support stand is cut. The ultra-violet ray lamp is installed in the rear of the support stand. A vacuum absorption plate is positioned in the rear of the supporting board. A vacuum landing plate is set in the outer side of the vacuum absorption plate. The upper side of the vacuum landing plate enters and leaves to the bottom surface of the vacuum absorption plate. An observation camera is positioned at the lower part of the bed. A cylinder(50) is fixed on the one side of the bonding machine main body and a fixing plate(52) is fixed on the operation bar end of the cylinder. |
