A tower crane installation method making advantage of the reinforced concrete wall and steel framed reinforced concrete support at the remodeling construction comprises following steps: the first step which is the wave withdrawal and exposes the top bars or the steel structure of the vertical member the established building; the second step setting up the structural province part for the tower crane manufactured to H-steel or the precast concrete in the upper section of damaged structure; the third step welding the exposed steel reinforcement of structure or the steel structure and structural province part; the fourth step setting up the mold between the damaged structure and newly established structure, and filling the concrete; the fifth step filling the mortar in the mold for reinforcing the tower crane lower part; the sixth step assembling and fixing the tower crane; the seventh step extending mast to the tower crane height.
