A method and a system for providing language study service and a server are provided to study language skills via conversation by telephone between a user and a partner, who have language skills on similar levels. A conversation requesting terminal(110) carries out voice conversation by telephone via wired or wireless communications, transmitting conversation requesting signals, and is assigned with a level according to the study level of a first learner. A partner terminal(112) is assigned with a second learner level according to the study level of a second learner. A reserve terminal(114) is assigned with a third learner level according to the study level of a reserved learner. A conversation partner matching server(130) receives the conversation requesting signal, extracts the first learner level, and connects the conversation by telephone between the conversation requesting terminal to the partner terminal or the reserve terminal in the absence of the partner terminal, wherein the second or third learner level is equal to the first one. |
