PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily rearrange a coil and a pot, and to restrain variation in the positioning precision of the coil and pot of each product. SOLUTION: A circuit breaker comprises a trip mechanism 30 for composing an electromagnetic coil 31, an armature 32, a yoke 34, a pot 35, and the like inside a case 40. The pot 35 is inserted into the shaft hole of the hollow shaft of a bobbin 37 in the electromagnetic coil 31, and an insertion hole 34A in the yoke 34. The armature 32 is supported at the upper end side of the yoke 34 so that it can rock freely and can be attached or detached freely. A case 40 comprises: a first yoke positioning member 41 in contact with one portion of the bottom surface of the yoke 34 along a direction opposite to Y direction marked by an arrow; a second yoke positioning member 42 in contact with one portion of the yoke 34 along a direction crossing the Y direction marked by an arrow; and a pot positioning member 43 in contact with one portion of a head 35B in the pot 35 along the insertion direction (direction Y marked by an arrow) of the pot 35, on an inner wall surface.
