An automation device prediction maintenance system and an automation device prediction maintenance method using the system are provided to monitor the state of an automation device in real time to rapidly cope with a trouble of the automation device and dispatch an engineer when the extent of the trouble exceeds a threshold value to prevent a serious trouble in advance. An automation device prediction maintenance system includes a message pre-processing server(100) for classifying received messages and storing the classified messages, a message history database(200) storing information classified by the message pre-processing server, a trouble code database(600) storing a plurality of trouble codes and trouble grades corresponding to the trouble codes, a trouble code analysis module(500) for determining a trouble grade with respect to a trouble code included in a message, and a trouble management module(400) for confirming a trouble code from a message, requesting the trouble code analysis module to determining a trouble grade and maintaining an automation device according to the trouble grade. |
