A labyrinth seal is provided to efficiently control the axial leakage of working fluid according to the target leakage and the rotation state of a rotation axis through active-control of the clearance between the labyrinth seal and the rotation axis by an actuator. A labyrinth seal comprises a sealing disk(111) which is formed on a rotation axis to be extended in the radial direction of the rotation axis, a seal ring(120) which is located apart from the sealing disk while facing the sealing disk, an actuator(130) which controls the gap between the seal ring and the sealing disk by moving the seal ring, and a controller(150) which controls the operation of the actuator.
