A system for adjusting payment money is provided to perform a refund process easily when a client requests the refund of the payment money through the card related with the online account. A system for adjusting payment money of a card related with an online account capable of financial transaction in the anonymous state through a web server. The system comprises a processing unit for payment approval which processes the approval with the whole balance in the online account, and processing unit for payment which processes the adjustment with the rest balance.
