A cleaning device is provided to remove uniformly contaminant on work, to improve removal efficiency of the contaminant and to reduce damage of a cleaning object generated when the cleaning object is washed. A cleaning device contains a cleaning tank(3) storing liquid, a gripping tool moving a cleaning object(6) into the cleaning tank, a first cleaning tool having a brush part(8) blushing the cleaning object, a second cleaning unit spraying a washing solution on the cleaning object and a drive unit moving the brush part so that a washing angle and a washing direction to the cleaning object are changed. The cleaning object is washed again by the second cleaning unit outside the cleaning tank after the cleaning object is brushed in the cleaning tank by the first cleaning tool.
