The free-lead ceramic piezoelectric compound for actuator is provided to manufacture the high reliability piezoelectric parts like the laminate piezoelectric actuator having the high electromechanical coupling coefficient, the piezo-electric constant and the low sintering temperature. The ceramic piezoelectric compound for the piezo actuator has the perovoskite powder of the ABO3 structure (NaxKyLiz) including Na2CO3, K2CO3, and Li2CO3 and Nb2O5 as the raw material. The sintering gradient material Li2CO3 is added and the ceramic piezoelectric compound for the piezo actuator has the composition of (NaxKyLiz) NbO3 + a mol% Li2CO3. Here, x,y,z and a have the range of 00.44<x<0.52, 0.42<y<0.5, 0.05<z<0.07, 0<a<0.02.
