The invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in information systems for transformation and transfer of information. Aim of the invention is in elaboration of method of use of frequency modulation and device for its implementation peculiarities of which would provide linearity of modulation characteristic of modulator. Resolution of the problem stated is achieved by fact that for implementation of modulation one uses generator of harmonic vibrations that is controlled by voltage differing by fact that one uses programmable memory device (PM) to which codes are entered, those at reading are transformed to voltages and fed to control input of generator. Generator of harmonic vibrations has high-frequency voltage amplifier, frequency-master circuit that includes inductivity, separating capacitors and resistor, and varicap. Beside that the device includes pulse generator, pulse counter, two PM, digital-analog transformers and trigger. |
