A method for the complex surgical treatment of the cholelithiasis complicated with cholangitis and cholangiogenic abscess of the liver comprises the preoperative preparation, the transhepatic puncture of the cavities of cholangiogenic abscess of the liver, the endoscopic papillotomy, the endoscopic nasobiliary draining of the common bile duct, the sanitization of the bile duct and the cavities of cholangiogenic abscess of the liver with the solution of Octenisept used as antiseptic. In addition, intraportal infusion with antibiotic solution is performed according to the results of the bacteriological assay of the blood samples and the samples taken from the abscess of the liver. |
