The invention relates to the field of ferrous metallurgy, in particular to the composition of complex deoxidizing agent for steel treatment. The complex deoxidizing agent for steel treatment contains secondary aluminium and wastes of iron-carbon alloys, at that facing of aluminum alloys is used as secondary aluminium, and mentioned deoxidizing agent additionally contains wastes of carboncontaining materials, wastes of titanium – magnesium production with microelements in the following ratio, wt. %: facing of aluminum alloys 25.00-50.00, wastes of carbon-bearing materials – 0.80-3.00, wastes of iron-carbon alloys – is the rest. The invention provides decreasing of energy consumption for steel deoxidizing and its grain size, stabilization of content and mechanical properties of the treated steel. |
