A web page link information appending apparatus and method are provided to consider the intention of a user when a web page is changed according to link information, minimize damage of the original text arrangement and prevent link information appended to a web page from being limited by a user. A web page link information appending apparatus includes a link information storage unit storing link information on words expected to be appended to a web page, a web page analyzer(230) for analyzing a specific web page transmitted from a web page providing server to generate a link work list, a link information generator(240) for generating link information on each of words included in the link word list with reference to the link information, and a web page converter(250) for appending the link information generated by the link information generator to the specific web page. |
