A system for an interactive video blogging connects with a predetermined blog file and generates distinct descriptor Files and the blog file by converting the received comment. A server providing the generated descriptor files transmits the comment to the server. And a plurality of terminals receives and reproduces the predetermined descriptor files in the generated descriptor files connecting with the blog file.
