A railway vehicle and device for accessing the vehicle is provided to allow weak person to easily enter into a passenger platform and give individual accessibility. A railway vehicle(1) comprises at least one side of sides including a gate. The platform(4) includes a plate(5), contacting at least one passenger area(6,6'). When the movable plate reaches an elevation position(Ei. i = 0,1,2,.,n), A weak person boards a railway platform(27) having the same height(Qi; i = 0,1,2,...,n) as the platform for entry. A vehicle(1) comprises at least one passage(11,11') allowing a weak person to pass through between the passenger area and the movable plate even any boarding position.
