A method for removing the congenital intestinal fistula of the umbilicus in the children comprises the incision of the tissues around the fistula and its separation down to the intestinal wall. According to the method, the circular incision of the serous and muscular layers is performed to the mucosa at the boundary between the fistula and the intestine. The mucosa is clamped with the forceps, the fistula is cut, and the stump is peritonized with the separate interrupted serous-serous sutures across the intestine. |
