The invention relates to phospholipid oil and fat product which comprises cysteine and/or lipoic acid as well as alpha-tocopherol, beta-carotene, ethyl alcohol and water in the following ratio of components, mass %: phospholipids - 8.35-20, alpha-tocopherol – 0.016-1.5; cysteine and/or lipoic acid – 0.017-0.5; beta-carotene – 0.015-0.035; ethyl alcohol (96º) - 15-20; vegetable oil 40-50; water the rest. The product comprises phospholipids preliminary treated in alcohol water solution for 15-24 hours as phospholipids, and the product has an emulsion consistency. The invention also relates to a method for normalizing the functional state of mononuclear cells of human blood with the aid of said oil and fat product. |
