An automatic regulator of the modes of braking of vehicle contains a pressure relay and a damping part, hingedly connected by their shanks with lever spring-loaded power piston and disconnecting piston made with atmospheric opening and seat are installed in the housing of the pressure relay, and also a guiding bush with seat and spring, in the housing of damping part a spring-loaded damping piston with choke opening is installed, on rod of which a slider together with block and cap, and a mobile fork are fixed, the latter is distanced by spring from the cap. For simplification of the design of damping part of regulator, increase of reliability, service life and guarantee of maintainability in the guiding bush two valves are installed which are spring-loaded between them and connected with possibility of the relative mobility between them by transverse screw with smooth shank, the fork from the side of end is equipped with longitudinal female thread, in which a support with fixing and adjusting washers is installed, moreover the flats are made on the threaded part of the support and along inside diameter of the fixing washer, and along external diameter the washer is equipped with ridges, one of which is bent into the groove made in radial direction on the butt end of fork. |
