METHOD FOR RENEWAL OF SURFACE OF ROTOR OF TURBO-COMPRESSOR

A method for renewal of surface of rotor includes operations of mechanical processing of surface of rotor that is to be renewed, making repair bushing with its following pressing on to the surface of rotor being processed and with fixation on rotor by means of pins. To processed surface of rotor the repair bushing is pressed on by the end sections that are made with thin walls, and intermediate section of the repair bushing is fit on the rotor with a gap. Fixation by pins is performed on the end sections of the repair bushing. One of the end sections of the repair bushing is connected to peripheral section of the intermediate section of the repair bushing by means of thin-wall element. The method makes it possible to increase reliability of operation of rotor of turbo-compressor at all operation modes.
