Method for evaluation of effectiveness of treatment of generalized periodontitis is realized through investigation of fat-acid composition of lipids of biological material by means of gas-liquid chromatography. One prescribes Korargin, investigates fat acid composition of lipid of tissue of parodentium, reveals metabolic changes of content of higher fat acids before and after application of Korargin, one compares it to control and at normalization of characteristics after treatment one evaluates effectiveness of preparation.
