A conversion device is provided to implement the oscillation movement which is symmetric by converting the rotational motion which does not generate the angular velocity hysteresis into the rotary vibration. A rotational motion part(100) generates the rotational motion. A connection part(200) connects the rotational motion part to a rotational vibration part(300). The rotational vibration part generates the rotary vibration. The rotational vibration part converts the rotational motion generated through the connection part in the rotational motion part into the rotational vibration. Therefore, the noise and vibration are reduced during the fast driving.
