An air cleaner using liquid is provided to improve purification ability by purifying air while air is brought into contact with liquid, and to obtain economic efficiency since it is not necessary to replace a filter, etc. An air cleaner using liquid comprises: a lower case(10) in which liquid is received, which has at least one air exhaust hole(12) formed in an upper part thereof, in which a liquid transfer unit is formed to transfer liquid on the bottom of the lower case to the upper side, and which has a concave-shaped liquid dropping part(16) formed in the upper side of the air exhaust hole, the liquid dropping part having at least one dropping hole(16A) formed therein to drop the liquid that has been transferred to the upper side by the liquid transfer unit down to the lower side; a dust collection unit(30) installed underneath the dropping hole at a position corresponding to that of the dropping hole such that liquid supplied to the dropping hole flows down along the dust collection unit; and a blowing unit(40) which is installed within an upper case(20) removably joined with the lower case to cover a top part of the lower case, and which is comprised of a fan(42) and a motor(44) for coercively supplying air of the outside to the dust collection unit side.
