An agent for presowing seed treatment comprises nanoparticles of biogenic materials in an amount from 0.000002 to 0.02% from the seed weight, water, nanoparticles of oxides, nanoparticles of hydroxides and ions of at least one metal from said group. The metals are selected from the group consisting of iron, copper, cobalt, molybdenum, manganese, zinc and magnezium. |
