A chemical analysis microdevice, its measurement method, and a tool for collecting the sample are provided to allow the sample to be measured with a high precision. A chemical analysis microdevice(100) comprises a main body(2) provided with a microcassette(1) accommodating a sample and a reagent; a treatment unit which generates a first sample by dividing the certain component contained in the sample by pattern; a separation unit which generates a second sample by removing the patterned certain component from the first sample; and an analysis data generation unit which measures the mixture solution of the second sample and the reagent accommodated in the microcassette to generate the analysis data.
