Structured polyester monofilaments manufacturing involves adding 0.2-10 wt.% of polypropylene, and a polyester is spun over an extruder as melt through a nozzle, where the polyester is polyethylene terephthalate. The monofilament, which comes out of the nozzle, is stretched in multiple stages. The last stretching is provided with a mechanical structure using hot embossing rolls in more heated condition.
