The inner liner of a tire is contact-bonded to the inner face of a tire component (or a tire compact) molded. Provided is a method for manufacturing an unvulcanized tire by contact-bonding a cylindrical synthetic resin film (F) to the inner face of the tire compact. A bladder (25) having the cylindrical resin film (F) mounted on its circumference is arranged to correspond to the inner face of the tire compact (GT), and the bladder (25) is inflated to contact-bond the cylindrical resin film (F) to the inner face of the tire compact (GT). At this time, the contact bonding is so performed while adjusting the expansion width of the bladder (25) that the contact-bond may start from the center portion of the tire compact (GT) and may extend to the side portions and the bead portions. |
