A reflector integrated outer cover of a camera module for a mobile terminal and a manufacturing method thereof by using a semiconductor process are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and improve the outer appearance. The photoresist of 100 ~ 300 micro meter thickness is coated on a substrate(S100). A reflector concavo-convex is formed by developing an covering a mask corresponding to the size of the reflector on photoresist(S102). A curvature is performed to the edge portion of the back mirror concavo-convex in a thermal process(S104). A stamper is manufactured about a substrate(S106).
