A heat handle cover is provided to make use of the he current coming from the battery of vehicle for heating the steering wheel. A heat handle cover comprises an outer cover(1) manufactured to the material with a superior thermal conductivity it is insulated, a hotwire(2) which is built in the position that the operator's hands mostly touch selectively, a temperature sensor(3) which is the built in measure and controls temperature during the proper location, power lines(5,6) connected to the apparatus of power connection(4). The power connection apparatus is comprised of the front panel(7) and back panel(8).
