A manufacturing method of a color cosmetic composition is provided to fly little powders, to have an excellent make-up effect by being daubed lightly and to show feeling of fitness well adhered closely. A manufacturing method of a color cosmetic composition comprises steps of: manufacturing a sulfide which contains a binder, water and oil(S1); preparing a pulverized body part(S2); manufacturing kneading by mixing the manufactured sulfide and the pulverized body part(S3); extruding the manufactured kneading(S4); and drying the extruded product(S5).
