An ice cream tissue is provided, which removes bad feeling that the ice cream melts in the hand or the near lip while eating the ice cream. An ice cream tissue comprises: an outer snack layer(20) covering the outer side of the inside ice cream(10); and a packing material(30) that surrounds the outer snack layer. The tissue(40) is inserted between the outer snack layer and packing material along the outer circumference of the outer snack layer. The tissue is surrounded by a vinyl book having a vinyl pack cut-out line along the outer circumference of the packing material.
