The continuous transmission gear solves the problem of the need for a continuous transmission gear in the field of mechanical engineering. Its design is based on the changing of circular movements into linear one and vice versa. This includes: handles (17), bars (35), levers (20) and one-way clutches (41). All these elements operate eccentrically, they transfer and add to the drive power from the outside towards the inside, they feature large interaxial distances and attain power increases at the output shaft (42). The construction principle of a continuous transmission gear and the operating method of the moving crankshaft (19) give a very precise continuous speed control at the output shaft (42). The continuous transmission gear enables continuous changing of speed across the whole range from zero to the maximum speed and vice versa. |
