Fermentation and storage system, of the type used to produce wine, characterised in that it is implemented in a basic modular fermentation vat comprised of two tanks and/or in a multiple fermentation vat comprised of three or more tanks connected to each other by a coupling procedure and the subsequent assembly of accessory elements and built-in systems for connecting the different tanks together and connecting onto them. The invention presented herein provides the advantages of transport, assembly and adaptability to the surroundings, guaranteeing speedier fermentation thanks to the decanting process originating between the different tanks.
