A work car is provided that the compaction of the non-step shifting device for driving in the mission case is planned. A transmission structure of the work car comprises as follows. A concave part(10a) recessed laterally is formed in the mission case. An input shaft(22) is included in the lateral side of the mission case. A non step shifting device(11) for driving is arranged at the concave part of the mission case. An output axis(11c) of the non-step shifting device is linked and connected to the input axis. Transmission gears(30,31) are included in the input shaft side of the mission case. The power of the transmission gear is delivered to the lateral input shaft of the power transmission shaft.
